Refund policy
All purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable, with the exception of broken or damaged shipping items in accordance with our Shipping Guarantee."refund-policy"
We ship your packages through UPS Monday-Friday. Standard delivery times vary by location. All shipments leave from PISTACHIO.
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there are any issues.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not discard the packaging, and be sure to take pictures so we may submit a claim with the carrier.
If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
