  • We do not accept or fulfill orders outside Ireland.

  • Any orders placed with delivery addresses outside Ireland may be automatically cancelled.

  • Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are not accepted.

  • Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

    • An incorrect item was delivered, or

    • The product arrived damaged or spoiled.

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
